Jordan Mafi is a Los Angeles–based music industry professional specializing in dance and electronic music. She currently serves as Label Manager for Dance & Electronic at The Orchard, Sony Music’s global distribution company, where she oversees release strategy, manages label partnerships, and helps guide the company’s electronic music priorities.

Jordan’s career began at Skrillex’s editorial platform NEST HQ, where she rose to Executive Editor, working closely with the OWSLA team to spotlight emerging artists and cultural movements across the electronic spectrum. She later joined Beatport as Manager of Curation, overseeing seven genre categories and curating the store's editorial playlists, while producing content for a global community of DJs and fans.

She holds a Master’s degree in Music Business from Berklee College of Music, where she researched electronic music genre classification, and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from San Diego State University. She is a Recording Academy member and a frequent presence onstage and on-camera at major industry events, from moderating panels at Winter Music Conference to serving as a correspondent for CRSSD Festival.

Formerly an instructor at ICON Collective College of Music, Jordan continues to mentor emerging professionals through speaking engagements, freelance writing, and artist development projects. To date, she has written over 100 artist biographies and press campaigns across house, techno, and bass music.
